A dual-cylinder filter, also known as a dual-cylinder return line filter, consists of two single-cylinder filters and a two-position six-way directional valve. It features a simple structure and easy operation, and is equipped with a bypass valve and a filter element contamination clogging indicator to ensure system safety. The dual-cylinder filter is mainly installed in the return line of hydraulic systems. Various contaminants such as abrasive particles generated by various hydraulic components during operation can be intercepted by the return line oil filter, preventing them from returning to the tank and being re-ingested by the hydraulic pump. The allowable pressure difference for the return line oil filter ranges from 0.3 to 0.5 MPa, depending on the pressure level.
