New Source WE-2SP-M12X1 R928028410 Plug in Electronic Amplifier

When the camshaft rotates and comes into contact with the roller body at the cam protrusion, the plunger spring is compressed, driving the plunger to move upward. During this process, the fuel is subjected to pressure, and some of the fuel flows back into the upper body oil chamber of the fuel injection pump through the oil hole. As the plunger continues to rise, its top surface gradually blocks the upper edge of the oil inlet hole on the sleeve. Due to the extremely small clearance between the plunger and the sleeve (only between 0.0015 and 0.0025 millimeters), this creates a sealed oil chamber in the pump oil chamber at the top of the plunger. As the plunger further rises, the oil pressure in the pump chamber increases sharply.
