1. Easy installation and connection, simplifying system piping:
This filter is directly installed on the fuel tank cover plate, with the filter head exposed outside the tank and the return cylinder immersed in the tank. The inlet is equipped with pipe and flange connections, simplifying the system pipeline and making the system layout more compact and installation and connection more convenient.
2. Set up a filter pollution transmitter, oil circuit bypass valve, and improve the reliability of the hydraulic system:
When the filter element is blocked by pollutants or the system liquid temperature is too low, flow pulsation and other factors cause the inlet oil pressure to be 0.35 MPa, the signaling device will send a signal indication. The filter element should be replaced or the oil temperature should be increased in a timely manner. When it is not possible to immediately shut down and deal with these faults, the bypass valve located at the bottom of the filter element will automatically open (the opening pressure of the bypass valve is 0.4 MPa) to protect the normal operation of the filter and hydraulic system.
3. The design adopts a direct return oil filter, making it very convenient to replace the filter element or refuel the fuel tank:
Simply unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) to replace the filter element or add oil to the fuel tank. There are 2 M18x1.5 oil ports on the filter head, which can be used to install a transmitter on either side or to filter a small amount of oil returning to the fuel tank in the system.
