1. Carry compressed air containing substances such as dust, oil, rust, and moisture into the primary filtration device of the compressed air filter.

2. When compressed air passes through the primary cylindrical mesh filter element, a coalescence effect occurs, and larger particles will be adsorbed on the filter material, and water will condense into larger water droplets.

3. When entering the separation chamber, the speed of compressed air slows down, causing the particles to gather again and the water mist to condense again on a honeycomb shaped water collector.

4. The water carrying impurity particles flows along the bottom to the drainage device and is discharged through an automatic or electric drainage valve.

5. More than 95% of the water droplets, oil, and large particles in the compressed air have been filtered out by the filter element, and the compressed air after primary filtration enters the secondary filter element.

6. When compressed air passes through the second stage of a fiber filter made of special cotton, thousands of small vortices are generated, and the compressed air is accelerated dozens of times. The center of the vortex is like a tornado, forming a vacuum state.
